Roman and Arabic Numerals

Livingstone numbers his manuscript exclusively with Roman numerals. However, for convenience, we use Arabic numerals exclusively when referencing pages from the manuscript and when providing file names. The following table provides Roman numerals and their Arabic numeral equivalents.
